Terms & Conditions

Each RV/Trailer must have a reservation form sent to the main office at Tiger Mountain RV & Horse Motel and be prepaid either by credit card or cash in order to secure an RV site.

Please note: all RV sites are on a first come, first serve basis. RV’s that arrive without a reservation will not be able to park on the grounds.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be courteous to help maintain a friendly atmosphere. RV’s who violate the Quiet Hours will receive one (verbal or written) per length of stay. If a second warning is issued, the RV will be evicted without reimbursement.

RV/Trailer Site Assignments: Each reservation will be assigned a site assignment pass that must be picked up before entering the RV Campground. The pass must be prominently displayed at all times. RV locations will be assigned prior to your arrival if possible. All sites are 30 amp service at this time in Rural Oklahoma.

Generator Sites: Generator sites have water and sewer hookups but not electricity.

Gray Water: Dumping gray water is prohibited per McIntosh County. A $1000 fine is possible for dumping gray water.

Alcohol, Illegal Drugs & Smoking: All alcohol purchased for personal consumption must remain in the designated RV area. Illegal or sale of drugs is prohibited on the property at all times. All smoking must be done respectfully in designated areas.

Vehicles: All detached vehicles must park next to or directly in front of their respective trailer. Only one licensed and registered vehicle per trailer allowed per site. All other vehicles must be properly parked in General Parking.

Operating Motorized Vehicles: Anyone operating a motorized vehicle MUST have a Valid Driver’s License.

Dogs: RV guests are responsible for their dog’s conduct. Dogs must be contained to their respective campsite – either by fence or leash. Tiger Mountain RV & Horse Motel reserves the right to make final decisions for any pet.

Horse(s): Horses are not allowed in the RV Campground at any time without a rider in immediate vicinity unless tied to trailer or hitching post that is designated for Horse guests.

Personal Conduct: Any public disturbance will not be tolerated. All occupants and guests must comply with all federal, state and local laws, in addition to Tiger Mountain RV & Horse Motel rules. Please keep sites clean and neat. All trash must be placed in dumpsters located on the south end of the campground – not in RV sites.

Children/Minors: Any renter who has children of minor age is solely responsible for them and their actions.

Liability: The RV Park and its premises are intended for safe usage by its campers, family members and/or guest(s). Any and all persons entering the RV Park are entering at their own risk and consent. Tiger Mountain RV & Horse Motel is not responsible for any electrical spikes and/or accidents do to wind, flood, fire, theft, personal negligence or any other circumstances or acts of God. The person who rents the RV site is individually and financially responsible for themselves, pets, RV’s, trailers, private vehicles, property and guest(s) while on the RV Park property. It is the responsibility of the person renting the site to inform all family members and guests of these rules.

I, (print name) hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Tiger Mountain RV, LLC dba Tiger Mountain RV & Horse Motel and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action, of

whatever kind of nature, either in law or equity, which may hereafter arise from my participation with Tiger Mountain RV & Horse Motel and/or any projects, activity, or event sponsored, managed, arranged or promoted by, or otherwise affiliated or associated with Tiger Mountain RV & Hose Motel.

I understand and acknowledge that this Hold Harmless Agreement discharges Tiger Mountain RV, LLC dba Tiger Mountain RV & Horse Motel from any liability or claim that I may have against Tiger Mountain RV & Horse, with respect to any bodily or other injury, illness, death, property damage that may result from my participation. I also understand that Tiger Mountain RV, LLC dba Tiger Mountain RV & Horse Motel does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide financial insurance, in the event of injury, illness, death or property damage.

.Note: There is a convenience fee for credit card usage of 3.5% that will be added to all transactions. There will be no other hidden fees except for taxes assessed by law for every transaction. This is not included in the listed prices. I have read and agree to the above Rules, Regulations, Policies and Liability
